Adding the ability to play sound from other apps at the same time. This could be used to listen to an audiobook simultaneously or use your favourite binaural sound or meditation app.
Dear @Frantz Nelson You can totally do that with our macOS app for Clariti, but the iOS app can’t support that since this is a restriction from Apple. Thanks for being a key member on our community!

Thanks for making me aware it was available on iOS. Speaking of which, what are the chances the team will add the iOS version to Setapp? That would be great!
As far as the restriction, I don't understand because I have a decent amount of apps that have this feature. But I guess for the time being, it doesn't matter unless Clariti for iOS is offered through SetApp.

The ability to play a sound from multiple apps is available on macOS. The iOS do not allow this. We also think that to maintain a good AirPlay and soon a CarPlay features - we must not mix with other apps.
Please share name of apps that behave like you with Clariti will and we will investigate it i promise!

Sure, I've included three screenshots for Portal, Flacbox, and Brainwave. I have other apps, but these are the three that came to mind. I'll also send you the links to the App Store.
They've been doing this for a while and allow you to mix their audio with other apps.
I can understand if it's going to cause problems with AirPlay or CarPlay.
I did have a question about the discount. Is this perpetual or only for the first year? Either way, I went ahead and purchased it. I appreciate you offering this discount, even though it's unfortunate that it's not covered by Setapp.

One more thing, (I didn't know where to share this because the help menu didn't work in the app), but I decided to uninstall the Setapp version and install the version offered from your website. How do I get the latest version through the web so that I can benefit from the latest features? I know I can go back to installing it from Setapp, but if I can, I prefer doing it this way.

It is highly recommended that you continue to work with Setapp for macOS and use the new purchased subscription for the iOS.
We are putting all of our resources on perfecting the Setapp version and in a week we will release an updated version to our website.

About the discount, it is for the first year and very limited, you can use all the platforms with that account and it has the favorite layer feature + the personalized on-boarding that really ramp up your sonic profile and is helping us choose the best frequencies for you.
About iOS on Setapp, it is not planned for now. But we will offer special prices for our friends so it will be very affordable. Sadly the royalties from Setapp could not cover the costs when we add all the platforms.
