Resizable Mini Player or Desktop Widget

I’ve been using Clarity by Sound LLC and really enjoy the experience. However, I’d like to suggest a small improvement that could enhance usability, especially for those of us who multitask or prefer minimal interfaces. Currently, when clicking the menu bar icon, a mini version of the player pops up—but it cannot be moved or resized. I believe introducing a lightweight, movable, and resizable mini player or desktop widget would be a fantastic addition. It would allow users to keep the player accessible without taking up much screen space or interfering with workflow. This could function like a floating window or widget, staying on top when needed but remaining unobtrusive. It would also be helpful if it offered basic controls like play/pause, volume, and next/previous track. Thanks for considering this feature! I believe it would really improve the day-to-day usability for many users.

pulse options, custom timer, additional layers

would be nice to tap to set pulse or use a number, such as 75 BPM. timer is only in increments of 5 min; fully custom is ideal. There should be an option to layer multiple sounds together in the mixer, not just two.

Sync user's heartbeat rate with a smart watch sensor

Use a smartwatch sensor (e.g., Apple Watch, Fitbit, or any wearable device with a heart rate monitor) to detect the user's real-time heartbeat.

When I start the timer and no music is playing, start playing music

I use Clariti as a Pomodoro timer. As soon as the timer ends, the music stops, I take a break. When I get back, I would like to simply start the timer again and have music start playing. Currently, if I start the timer and there’s no music playing, when I hit play, it will start the music but stop the timer.

System shortcut for play/pause

I would like a system wide shortcut for play/pause so I don’t need to search for the menubar or the window when I need to start and stop the sound.

LoFi music?

Would be nice if there was a sound option for LoFi music or to load my own music if possible?

the ability to select one or multiple speakers on my network to play through. if this is possible, i wasn’t able to find the setting anywhere.

AirPlay Support

Hi there! AirPlay support in the Mac app would be fantastic. The use case being I'd like to be able to route the sounds to various HomePods in the house using multi-room audio without routing all my Mac's audio output through the HomePods.

Fade in/out on play/pause

So far, the only thing this app is missing for me is just a subtle fade in when I press play and fade out when I stop. The current abrupt start and stop shatters the vibe.

Mix sound with other apps

Adding the ability to play sound from other apps at the same time. This could be used to listen to an audiobook simultaneously or use your favourite binaural sound or meditation app.

Changing the environment's sound from tray menu.

It would be great to have the ability to directly change the environment sounds from the macOS menu bar using the GetSound logo icon.

Hotkey start/stop

Apparently there is no support for a hotkey to start/stop. It'll be a great idea to add this as a configurable feature

Option to set topbar icon color to light theme

All my topper icons are rather light. When GetSound is active, it looks amazing: But when it is open and inactive, it looks bad: Can you even see it? Please let us pick colour or just check the option to set it to light/white colour.

Adding a binaural sound layer

The ability to mix in delta, theta or alpha binaural audio at different sound frequencies. This could greatly aid concentration, relaxation, meditation, etc.
