Option to hide app icon from app switcher

Please, please give us option to hide the logo from app switcher on Mac.
I have hotkeys set up, I have logo in the top bar, I know how to access this.

I really do not like clutter in app switcher.

I love when "background" apps do not overcrowd my appswitcher.

Also, not being persistent in the "running apps" dock group would be ideal.
